I am a former stay-at-home mom with two boys one born in 2006, the other in 2008. I went back to work gradually with a great company who allowed me to have what can only be described as platinum flexibility. I stay busy with work, my kids, husband and friends. The constant challenge is: BALANCE!
I had planned on having a convenience dinner tonight when I agreed to host a playgroup at 3pm. I remembered buying some really tasty Asian buns that are prepared by steaming them. I also had some Teriyaki vegetables in the freezer. The boys wanted spaghetti with sauce so: Voila, dinner is served!
